We are always here to help ensure you have the best customer experience possible. If you have any issues with your services, we are happy to assist you with those problems. We are available through many avenues of communication:
– Call our office at 830-598-5227. One of our customer service representatives will be able to assist you with the problem you are facing and bring it to a supervisor’s attention if needed.
– Send us an email to email@example.com. This email account is monitored during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
– Message us on Facebook
. While we don’t constantly monitor our Facebook messages, if you send us a message describing your problem, we will be sure to address it once the message is received.
– Send in an AirVote!
If you are in one of our sanitary restrooms and see an issue, scan the AirVote sticker on the backside of the unit’s door! We might not see it immediately, but when an “okay” or “sad” review is received by management, they will assign a customer service representative to get more details from you and find a solution!
