➢ What is a Luxury Restroom Trailer?

J Bar’s luxury restroom trailers are a restroom trailer with real flushing toilets, hot

water hand washing, large vanity mirrors, and best of all, climate-controlled, for

those hot summer days or cold winter afternoons. Our restroom trailers are

comfortable, with insulated walls, large interior space, solid countertops, and LED

lighting.

➢ How many people can a J Bar Luxury Restroom Trailer Accommodate?

The Magnolia: 400-550 people for approximately 8-10 hours, or 600 people for 2-3 hours.

The Colorado: 200-400 people for approximately 8-10 hours, or 500 people for 2-3 hours.

The Fredericksburg: 200-400 people for approximately 8-10 hours or 500 people for 2-3 hours.

The Lone Star: up to 150-200 people for approximately 8-10 hours, or 300 people for 2-3 hours.

The Bluebonnet: up to 150-200 people for approximately 8-10 hours, or 300 people for 2-3 hours.

The Driftwood: up to 150 people for approximately 8 hours, or 200 people for 2-3 hours.

➢ What are the Requirements for a J Bar Luxury Restroom Trailer?

The delivery site for a J Bar Luxury Restroom Trailer should be reasonably level,

dry and within 150 feet to your water & power supply. Every luxury trailer will

need a garden hose with a minimum water pressure of 40 psi and a flow rate for

5 gallons per minute. There is a city water connection on the trailer below the

mechanical room. A standard ¾” garden hose should be able to pressurize and

provide fresh water for the toilets and sinks.

➢ What if There is no Power or Water at Our Event?

J Bar is happy to provide water service and generators for an additional fee.

➢ Who Maintains the Luxury Restroom Trailer During My Event?

You will maintain the luxury restroom trailer during your event. We will provide

toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

➢ Is There an Attendant Available for Hire?

Yes, J Bar does have an attendant available for hire.

➢ Are you Insured?

Yes, J Bar Luxury Trailers are fully insured and charge an optional 10% rental

protection fee.

➢ What if the Luxury RestroomTrailer gets full?

J Bar will send a pump truck to your location to empty the tank for an additional

pump charge.
